At Print Vibe Creation (https://printvibecreation.in/), we strive to deliver your favorite anime merchandise in the best condition and as quickly as possible. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our processes for handling, shipping, and delivering your physical orders.

1. Nature of Products (Physical Goods)

All items available on our website, including anime mats, posters, and apparel, are physical products. These items require manufacturing/printing time followed by physical transit via our courier partners to reach your provided address.

2. Processing & Delivery Timeline

  • Order Processing (Standard Items): Orders for ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Processing (Custom/Made-to-Order): Since many of our products are custom-printed, please allow 3–5 business days for printing and quality checks before the item is dispatched.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched, products are usually delivered within:

    • Metros & Major Cities: 3–5 business days.

    • Rest of India: 5–7 business days.

  • Note: Delivery timelines may be affected by public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or logistical delays at the courier’s end.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the product and the delivery pin code.

  • Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at the checkout page before you complete your payment.

  • We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value as part of promotional offers.

4. Shipping Method & Tracking

  • We partner with reputed third-party courier services (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart, Ecom Express) to ensure safe delivery.

  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a Tracking Number and a link to track your package in real-time.

  • You can also track your order through the “My Account” section on our website.

5. Delivery Attempts & Non-Delivery

  • Our courier partners will generally make three attempts to deliver the package.

  • If the delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts due to the customer being unavailable or providing an incorrect address/contact number, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

  • In such cases, a re-shipping fee may apply to send the package again.

6. Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or has been tampered with, please do not accept the delivery.

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a replacement or refund for items damaged during transit, we require a continuous, unedited unboxing video starting from the moment you begin opening the original courier seal.

  • Report any issues to us at printvibecreationsales@gmail.com within 48 hours of the delivery attempt/receipt.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address (including House No., Street, Landmark, and Pin Code).

  • Print Vibe Creation is not liable for non-delivery or delivery to the wrong person if the address provided at checkout was incorrect.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
