Because many of our items are custom-printed or made-to-order, we offer refunds and replacements under specific conditions to ensure a fair and transparent experience for our customers. Our policy is aligned with standard e-commerce and payment gateway (Razorpay/Cashfree) compliance.

1. Custom Printed Products (No Returns)

Please note that for all Custom Printed Products (e.g., custom mats, personalized posters, or items printed with user-provided designs):

  • No returns or refunds are accepted once the order has been processed for printing.

  • These items are unique to your request and cannot be resold. Please double-check your design and size selection before placing an order.

2. Valid Reasons for Requesting a Refund or Replacement

For standard/normal products, a refund or replacement may be approved if:

  • Product Damage: The product arrived in a damaged or defective condition.

  • Size Mismatch: The size received is significantly different from what was ordered (e.g., ordered a Large, received a Small).

  • Print Quality: The print quality is objectively poor (e.g., significant blurring, incorrect colors, or printing errors) compared to the advertised product.

  • Incorrect Item: You received a completely different product from what was ordered.

  • Double Payment: A technical error led to an accidental duplicate transaction.

3. Conditions That Do NOT Qualify for Refunds

Refunds cannot be issued for the following:

  • Change of Mind: Deciding you no longer want the item after it has been shipped.

  • Slight Color Variation: Minor differences in color due to monitor display settings vs. physical printing.

  • User Error: Selecting the wrong size or providing an incorrect shipping address during checkout.

  • Used Items: Products that show signs of use, washing, or wear and tear.

4. How to Request a Refund/Replacement

To initiate a request, please email us at printvibecreationsales@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product with the following:

  • Order ID or payment receipt.

  • Unboxing Video/Photos: Clear evidence of the damage, size issue, or print quality concern.

  • Description: A brief explanation of the issue.

Our team will review the evidence and reply within 1–2 business days.

5. Refund Processing Time

If your refund is approved:

  • The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

  • Completion typically takes 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Payments via Razorpay, Cashfree & Other Gateways

  • All payments and refunds are handled via secure, PCI-DSS-compliant gateways.

  • We do not store sensitive card or UPI details.

  • Disputes regarding failed transactions must be addressed directly with your bank or the gateway provider.

7. Abuse & Fraud Prevention

  • We monitor for suspicious activity; multiple refund requests from the same account may trigger a fraud review.

  • Raising “friendly fraud” chargebacks without contacting support may result in permanent account suspension and legal action.
